In 2000, working as freelance consultant for SHR Perceptual Management, I was managing a brand development project along with Senior Project Manager Nikki Bethel. This was an interesting product that unfortunately never took flight. Connexion by Boeing was supposed to provide end-users access to the internet at 35,000 feet. Unfortunately, the technology requirements to make this possible competed with costs making it impractical for most airlines to utilize and implement. However, for a brief period, seeing a logo you designed gracing the side of a newly minted Boeing 737, darting from airport to airport on an international stage was pretty cool – I do not care who you are.

This is the final logo my design team (Brad Jones, Felix Avina and Miles Abernethy and I) created for Connexion by Boeing in 2000.
